209 Serenity Bay Drive, Seneca, SC

$50 per person
Limited to 8 participants

There is something so wonderful about the smell of fresh bread baking in the oven. Whether you’ve always wanted to learn sourdough or simply enjoy the comfort of homemade bread, this workshop is designed to give you the confidence and skills to start baking at home.

Join us for a cozy afternoon at our little homestead as we explore three delicious and beginner-friendly breads:

🍞 Sourdough Bread
🍌 Banana Bread
🍺 Beer Bread

During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of sourdough baking, including feeding and maintaining a starter, mixing dough, stretch-and-fold techniques, shaping, and baking. Because sourdough is a multi-day process, dough will be prepared at various stages so you can see the entire journey from starter to finished loaf.

While the sourdough rests, we’ll also make simple and delicious beer bread and banana bread recipes that are perfect for busy families and beginner bakers.

Your Ticket Includes:

• Two-hour hands-on workshop
• Mason jar of active sourdough starter to take home
• Handmade fabric sourdough starter jar topper
• Printed recipes and starter care instructions
• Bread tasting plate featuring all three breads
• Plenty of time for questions and discussion

This workshop is intentionally limited to just 8 participants to create a relaxed, personal experience with plenty of opportunity for conversation and learning.

Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or have never baked a loaf of bread in your life, you’ll leave inspired and ready to fill your kitchen with the smell of homemade bread.
