Are you interested in adding Rabbit to your homestead or diet? In this class we will learn how to break down a rabbit for cooking, and cook several rabbits for our dinner and discuss the variety of ways this very lean meat can help to fill your freezers. While dinner cooks we will also do some hands on demonstrations of rabbit processing, taking you from cage to cacciatore!
